HAVING ISSUES LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT?
Every time a user or an administrator logs in to WeShare, two pieces of information are required. The first is the e-mail address associated with the account, and the second is the user’s password. Temporary passwords are e-mailed to users the first time they set up an account and expire twenty-four hours after the password is sent.
If a user’s password expires or is forgotten, there are two ways to reset it:
Anyone may reset one’s own password at any time by visiting the University Catholic Center’s WeShare site, clicking the orange Login button located in the top right corner, and then clicking the Forgot Your Password link. This sends a temporary password that can be used to log in to the site. Once the temporary password has been used, you will immediately be prompted to create a new one.
Please note that you must reset your password before updating your profile or attempting to process your gift.
