"Be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect."
Sound intimidating? The road to heaven may seem like a long and difficult one. You may struggle to pray, you feel like you don’t get anything out of Mass, or maybe you feel discouraged by your weaknesses. There seems to be an ocean of difference between you and the Saints.
But we are all called to be holy. We can allow God to sanctify us here at UT in the ordinary circumstances of our life—in classes, work, prayer, family life, and friendships. And we’re not alone! We have the Saints to look to as an example and inspiration. They’ve walked this path before and are eager to guide us to heaven. Join us Tuesday evenings in Sanctify, as we walk with the Saints to holiness with guest speakers, small group discussions, dinner and snacks, community fellowship, and movie nights!
“We are all called to be holy by living our lives with love and bearing witness in everything we do, wherever we find ourselves.” — Pope Francis

“Our Lord does not look so much at the greatness of our actions, nor even at their difficulty, but at the love with which we do them.” — St. Therese of Lisieux
"If we endure all things patiently and with gladness, thinking on the sufferings of our Blessed Lord, and bearing all for the love of Him: herein is perfect joy." — St. Francis of Assisi
“Don’t wait until you are old to start becoming a saint. Begin right now. Cheerfully and joyfully, by fulfilling the duties of your work and of your everyday life.” — St. Josemaria Escrivá
